Foreign Language Semester Courses
You can choose from many languages: Arabic, Bulgarian, English, French, Italian, Japanese, Catalan, Korean, Croatian, Modern Greek, Dutch, Austrian Sign Language, Polish, Romani, Russian, Swedish, Spanish, Czech, Turkish and Ukrainian.
Registration for students
Via UNIGRAZonline, from Monday, 18 September until Monday, 25 September 2023 (Registration start: 9 am English, 10 am French, 11 am other languages, 12 pm Italian, 1 pm Spanish)

German Semester Courses
We are offering general German language courses for the levels A1 to C1. In addition, you can choose specialization courses and courses for specific purposes (e. g. Grammar practice from level B1 onward or language proficiency from level B2 onward).

Preparatory Language Courses for Students of Romance, Slavic and Translation Studies
In order to prepare students for the language education of Romance, Slavic and Translation Studies, we offer the following courses this winter term: French, Italian, Spanish, B/C/S, Russian, Slovenian, Arabic, Austrian Sign Language, Turkish and Hungarian.

Via our online platform, from Thursday, 21 September (1 pm) until Wednesday, 27 September 2023 (1 pm).

Module "Interdisciplinary Language Learning"
The 8 courses of this module deal with language didacts in an inter- and transdisciplinary context. Explore the interesting connection between language learning and identity, management, diversity, culture, philosophy, psychology, literature and art!
Participation in the one-year module is without charge and worth 12 ECTS points. You will receive a certificate upon completion.

Module "Language Learning with Adults"
In the course of this one-year module, you learn more about teaching and the area of continuing education. You complete 8 applied courses with different focusses on language learning and teaching as well as one teaching internship (2 x 90 minutes course shadowing, 1 x 90 minutes teaching).
In order to attend this module, a fee has to be paid. You will earn 12 ECTS points and receive a certificate upon completion.

We would like to make you aware of an additional offer which is free of charge for all treffpunkt sprachen course participants: language learning partnerships! Enter into a language learning partnership with fellow students whose native language you want to learn and get to know more about the respectively other culture while improving your language proficiency in a casual atmosphere.
