ASSESSMENT
The total score is made up of two parts:
- The first part is positive from 60% correct translation into German. In the case of a "not sufficient" of less than 40% in either part, the overall result is negative and both parts of the exam must be retaken at another date. In case of a "not sufficient" above 40% in one part, the overall result will be calculated together with the second part. In case of a "sufficient" in the second part, the overall result is positive in this case.
- The second part will be graded separately and will be positive from 60% correct translation into German.
- The total score is the sum of the two parts, with both parts weighted equally.
If candidates receive a negative overall score, they can take the exam at the next available date.
There is no cut-off period, but negative overall results are also entered as valid in UGOnline.
After three unsuccessful dates, the fourth date must be taken as a board examination (written). ► Registration for an Examination Before a Committee
If this exam is also negative, you can no longer take the supplementary exam at the university. (It is still possible to take the exam at an external exam center such as the Abendgymnasium).
