Foreign Language Semester Courses
treffpunkt sprachen offers yet again the popular Foreign Language Semester Courses. You can choose from a wide variety of languages such as English, Spanish, Austrian Sign Language, Korean, Swedish, and many more. The courses are offered for level Breakthrough 2 and higher.
Registration
Via the treffpunkt sprachen online platform, from Monday, 19 February to Monday, 26 February 2024 (noon)
Registration starts on 19 February: 9 am English, 10 am French, 11 am other languages, 12 pm Italian, 1 pm Spanish.
200 treffpunkt sprachen tote bags will be raffled amongst all participants in the Foreign Language Semester Courses.

German Semester Courses
We offer General German Language Courses for the levels A1 to C1. In addition, you can choose specialization courses and courses for specific purposes (e. g. Grammar practice from level B1 onward or language proficiency from level B2 onward).
Registration for students
Via UNIGRAZonline, from Thursday, 22 February (1 pm) to Monday, 26 February 2024 (11.59 pm).
The first 100 students who hand in a confirmation of payment to kursbeitrag.daf(at)uni-graz.at after their spot has been confirmed receive a treffpunkt sprachen tote bag for free.

Preparatory Language Courses for students of Romance, Slavic and Translation Studies
In order to prepare students for the language education of Romance, Slavic and Translation Studies, we offer courses for Spanish, Arabic, Austrian Sign Language, and Hungarian this summer term. All courses are offered for level A2―Waystage.
Registration for students
Via our online platform, from Monday, 26 February (1 pm) to Thursday, 29 February 2024 (1 pm).
20 treffpunkt sprachen tote bags will be raffled among all course participants this summer term.

Accompanying Offer: My Language(s) and I
These research-based and practice-oriented courses are designed for students from all faculties, (prospective) language teachers and individuals interested in languages. Get to you know your individual approach toward language learning in the course My Language(s) and I. The Importance of Languages in My Life or explore the position as language instructor in My Language(s) and I. Language Teacher as a Vocation?

Tandem Language Learning Partnerships
We would like to make you aware of an additional offer which is free of charge for all course participants: language learning partnerships! Enter into a language learning partnership with a fellow student whose native language you want to learn and get to know more about the respectively other culture while improving your language proficiency in a casual atmosphere.

Via an online form, from Monday, 26 February to Sunday, 10 March 2024.
