FAQ
Which course level should I choose?
We offer course levels ranging from A1 to C1. We recommend to attend both phases 1 and 2 in order to complete a course level. The 1st phase of each level is offered in the winter semester, the 2nd phase in the summer semester.
However, it is not required to attend the 1st phase to be able to register for the 2nd phase. With previous knowledge of the language, it is possible to directly start with phase 2. To inquire your language skills, please take our Self-assessment test.
I do not own a credit card, may I still register for a course?
Yes! If you do not have the option to pay by credit card, please contact us as early as possible, within the registration period: treffpunktsprachen(at)uni-graz.at
How do I receive a fixed place in UNIGRAZonline?
After successfully booking your course via our online form, you will be automatically registered in UNIGRAZonline after the registration period.
What happens if I am on the waiting list?
Each of our language courses has a waiting list. If a space becomes available, you will receive an e-mail on a first come, first served basis and the chance to secure a fixed place.
